Hello friend!
Hello friend! We have all watched the MEDICAL market be destroyed, and the Regulated
market fall to poor governance, high real estate and operating costs, and TAXES! While the Traditional market still exists, it holds RISK. so I’m excited to share with you an opportunity to distribute and profit from an exceptional hemp product, QUAZEN!
QUAZEN offers your network all the benefits of the unregulated medical era, with far less competition. You may not know my rosin brand, FullyMelted® is top tier live rosin in the painfully regulated CA market. Given the wide open door to 50-state legal sales of HEMP derived products (such as D8 & D10), we’ve engaged a sophisticated bioscience company, which (by modeling our rosin) has synthesised a HEMP derived THCA infused concentrate (I call it “QUAZEN”), which tests ND (Non-Detect) for D9THC, making it fully Federally legal.
True, there is potential for the farm bill to change that, but it will likely reinstate for 5 years with NO changes, and with the fed signalling reduced regulation, now is the time to strike. Either way, legal decisions are already giving precedent to hemp products, and the critical point of contention, that hemp products do not meet testing standards, is not a problem for us.
QuaZen is not only lab tested for purity, it has been highly rated by our testers, and at
market prices, can earn retailers 100%. It also comes without egregious regulated cannabis taxes, so the out the door price is still $10 lower than the same priced dispensary product. There is internet competition, but no-name brands of “THCA infused Hemp Rosin” (an oxymoron which field reports as terrible) at $60/gram is not it, and the THCA Resin at $30/g was rejected out of hand by our tester. Our product designer has a wealth of medicinal plant and terpene experience, and our flavors hit the notes. If you are reading this, you are probably in a good position to compete.
KEY ISSUES TO UNDERSTAND – SCIENCE, TESTING, & LAW
SCIENCE
Chemistry (Part 2 First)
THC(a) (tetra-hydra-cannabinolic acid) is the primary cannabinoid that the plant manufactures in its trichomes. What makes it a molecule acidic is its carboxyl ring. Delta-9 THC (what gets you high), is a product of decarboxylating (breaking off the carboxyl ring from) THC(a). When you vaporize THC(a), the carboxyl ring breaks off instantly and you inhale Delta-9 THC. That is why Live Rosin, which is almost all THC(a), gets you high. If you eat it, it doesn’t.
When HEMP was declared not to be cannabis, it was primarily intented to provide CBD, but the plant actually creates every cannabinoid from CBG(a) (Cannabigerol(ic acid)). Now whole crops of CBG Hemp are used to make CBG isolate, which can be converted into any other cannabinoid. This allows us to derive pure THC(a) from Hemp, and make QuaZen, which, when vaporized, delivers the same D9THC effect as real hash rosin. Unlike rosin, QuaZen is shelf-stable, so you don’t have to keep it refrigerated; and unlike D8/D10, which are derivatives of D9, THC(a) is the precursor, so it’s under no legal control.
TESTING
This is a cutaway from a Certificate of Authenticity (COA). States with testing are required to calculate and post what the total D9 THC after decarboxylation will be, but the actually amount of it is also posted, and here I’ve circled in red. We test every batch to make sure there is no D9, although there is no heating of our products in manufacture, so it’s never a problem. (Even transport and storage falls far below the 200∞F needed to begin the process. Actual live rosin, frozen throughout the process, will have some D9 due to the pressure of mechanical extraction, QuaZen has none.
LAW
The 2018 Farm Bill provided for the sale of ALL Hemp products containing less than 0.3% D9 THC. This has led to a plethora of D8 and D10 THC products, but those sub-molecules don’t have the same feel as D9 THC. Since QuaZen uses pure, hemp derived THC(a) (and tests ND for D9 THC), we are well within the scope of federal law. That law shouldn’t change until 2028.
Some “legal” cannabis businesses are complaining that Hemp derived products are cheating them out of the value of their license, and want the states to limit access. States with THC Cannabis regulations, however, are a patchwork of mishmosh designed to collect excessive taxes and corporatize the industry. The fact is, however, that such “adult use” license schemes ignore the fact that selling Delta-9 THC is still federally illegal, and they are aiding and abetting, as well as profiteering from federal crime. There are lawsuits in the works now, some with years in process, challenging the entire CA cannabis licensing structure. If any of the suits against hemp businesses advance, they are likely to end in massive losses to the “licensed” industry.
